- 2 lbs. sliced pork sirloin
- 3 Tbs chili paste
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (1-inch) piece of ginger, minced
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- Black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
- Combine the sliced pork with chili paste, sugar, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Let marinate for approximately 30 minutes.
- Stir-fry the meat until thoroughly cooked, usually about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add black pepper as needed. Garnish with green onion if desired.
Serve with steamed rice.
